By using QuickFixer, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

- Technician App: Used by technicians to receive and fulfill service requests.
The Technician App is currently used for operational purposes and is not currently distributed through the public Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
QuickFixer provides physical, local services. We do not sell digital goods or digital content through the application.
4. Information We Collect

4.1 Account Information
When you create or use a QuickFixer account, we may collect:
- Name
- Mobile phone number
- Email address
4.2 Authentication Information
QuickFixer supports authentication through:
- Phone number and OTP
- Google Sign-In
- Sign in with Apple
These authentication services are provided through Firebase Authentication.
When you authenticate using a third-party identity provider, we receive the information necessary to create and authenticate your QuickFixer account, subject to the permissions and information made available by that provider.
5. Booking and Service Information
When you request or book a service, we collect information necessary to arrange and fulfill that service.
This may include:
- Service type
- Service address
- Street address
- City
- Pincode
- GPS coordinates associated with the service address
- Booking information
- Order history
- Payment and transaction history
- Information necessary to fulfill the requested service
The service address is used to enable technicians to travel to the location where the service is requested.
6. Location Information
Location information is used to provide QuickFixer's physical doorstep services.
6.1 Customer Location
When you book a service, we may collect the location associated with your service address, including GPS coordinates.
This information is used to:
- Identify the location where service is requested;
- Help technicians reach the service address;
- Support address selection and mapping;
- Support service fulfillment.
6.2 Technician Live Location
When a technician is traveling to a customer's location and the technician's status is "on the way", the technician's live GPS location may be shared with the relevant customer.
This allows the customer to see the technician's location and progress while the technician is traveling to the service address.
Technician live location is used for service fulfillment and customer-facing tracking during the applicable "on the way" status.
It is not intended to provide customers with continuous access to a technician's location outside the relevant service journey.
6.3 Location Permissions
QuickFixer may request fine and coarse location permissions where supported by the device and operating system.
You may manage location permissions through your device settings.
If you deny or disable location permissions, some location-dependent features may not function or may require manually entered address information.
7. Technician Photos and Identity Information
Technicians may use the Technician App to capture information required for service quality and operational verification.
7.1 Before and After Work Photos
Technicians may capture photographs of work performed before and after completing a service.
These photographs are used for:
- Service documentation;
- Quality assurance;
- Internal review;
- Resolving service-related disputes;
- Verifying the work performed.
These photographs are for internal operational and quality-assurance purposes and are not displayed to the customer through the Customer App.
7.2 Job-Start Identity Selfie
A technician may be required to capture an identity selfie when starting a job.
This information is used for internal operational and quality-assurance checks.
The identity selfie is not intended to be displayed to the customer.
8. Payment Information
Payments for QuickFixer services are processed through Razorpay, our third-party payment service provider.
QuickFixer does not store customers' complete card or bank account details on its own application or backend systems.
Razorpay may process payment information necessary to complete a transaction, including information required by Razorpay and applicable financial regulations.
QuickFixer may receive transaction-related information such as:
- Transaction status;
- Transaction amount;
- Payment method information;
- Payment reference or transaction identifier; and
- Refund status.
Payment processing is subject to Razorpay's applicable terms and privacy practices.
9. Device and Usage Information
QuickFixer collects limited device and application usage information necessary to provide notifications and understand how the application is used.
9.1 Push Notifications
QuickFixer uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push notifications.
This requires processing a push notification token associated with the device.
Push notifications may include:
- Booking updates;
- Service updates;
- Technician status updates;
- Important account notifications; and
- Other service-related communications.
9.2 Firebase Analytics
QuickFixer uses Firebase Analytics to understand basic usage of the application and improve the Service.
Firebase Analytics may collect information including:
- Screens viewed;
- Actions taken within the application;
- Session and usage information;
- Application information;
- Device information; and
- Other technical information necessary for analytics.
QuickFixer ties Firebase Analytics information to a user ID to associate application usage with the relevant QuickFixer account.
We use this information to understand how the application is being used and to improve functionality, reliability, and user experience.
10. Third-Party Services and SDKs
QuickFixer uses certain third-party services to provide core application functionality.

Used for:
- Push notifications.
10.3 Firebase Analytics
Used for:
- Basic application usage analytics;

10.4 Google Maps
Used for:
- Address selection;
- Mapping;
- Location display; and
- Technician live-location tracking.
10.5 Razorpay
Used for:
- Processing payments for QuickFixer services.
These third-party providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Microsoft Clarity
Microsoft Clarity is present in the QuickFixer codebase for internal development and quality-assurance purposes.
However, Microsoft Clarity is not active in the shipped QuickFixer application.
The production application is protected by two independent controls that prevent Clarity from collecting data:
- The Clarity project ID is blank in the shipped application configuration; and
- Clarity is separately prevented from operating in the production/release build.
Accordingly, Microsoft Clarity does not collect information from real users of the production QuickFixer application.
If our use of Microsoft Clarity changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and any applicable app-store disclosures before enabling it for production users.
12. Advertising and Marketing
QuickFixer may advertise its services and mobile applications through third-party advertising and marketing platforms, including:
- Google Ads;
- Meta advertising services, including Facebook and Instagram;
- LinkedIn; and
- Other advertising platforms that we may use from time to time.
These advertising activities are used to promote QuickFixer and may encourage people to:
- Visit our website;
- Learn about our services;
- Download the QuickFixer application;
- Register for an account; or
- Book a service.
For example, an advertisement may contain a link that directs a user to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to download the QuickFixer application.
Advertising platforms may independently process information about interactions with their advertisements, websites, applications, or platforms in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.
12.1 Advertising Is Not Currently Displayed Inside the App
QuickFixer does not currently display third-party advertisements inside the production QuickFixer applications.
The production applications do not currently contain:
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob;
- Meta/Facebook advertising SDKs;
- LinkedIn tracking SDKs; or
- Third-party attribution SDKs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
QuickFixer therefore does not currently use these advertising SDKs to collect information from users within the production applications.
12.2 Future Advertising and Attribution Technologies
If QuickFixer introduces advertising, attribution, conversion measurement, or marketing technologies directly into its applications in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and applicable app-store privacy disclosures as required.
13. How We Use Your Information

14.4 Google and Firebase
Information may be processed by Google/Firebase for:
- Authentication;
- Push notifications;
- Analytics; and
- Mapping and location functionality where applicable.
14.5 Advertising Platforms
QuickFixer may use Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms to advertise QuickFixer outside the application.
Those platforms may independently process information about interactions with their advertising services according to their own policies.
QuickFixer does not currently provide those platforms with information collected through advertising SDKs inside the production application because those advertising SDKs are not currently present in the production applications.

We intend to establish and document specific retention periods as our data-governance practices mature.
16. Account and Data Deletion
QuickFixer provides self-service account deletion.
Users may request deletion:
- Through the account-deletion functionality within the QuickFixer application; or
- By contacting us at qfixer555@gmail.com .

These measures may include access controls, authentication mechanisms, secure communications, server-side controls, and other security practices appropriate to the nature of the information.
